A bare concrete roof deck above Lake Austin, already wrapped in glass railing and court lighting — a one-of-a-kind spot for a court. We took the raw slab and built it up with a full acrylic system, starting from a black base coat.

Navy playing boxes, a light blue kitchen and a green surround with crisp white striping give the homeowner a tournament-look pickleball court on the roof, with the lake on every side.
